We believe support should fit around your life — not the other way around. That is why our team travels across the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA, bringing consistent, reliable support to your home, your community and your favourite local places.
Perth Metropolitan Coverage
We support participants right across the Perth metro area. In most suburbs we can arrange your first visit within two to three business days, and we work hard to match you with a regular support worker you will come to know and trust.
Northern Suburbs
Joondalup, Wanneroo, Clarkson, Ocean Reef, Kingsley, Warwick, Balcatta, Stirling, Scarborough and surrounding suburbs.
Central and Western Suburbs
Perth CBD, West Perth, Subiaco, Nedlands, Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Leederville, Mount Hawthorn, Vincent and North Perth.
Eastern Suburbs
Midland, Guildford, Bassendean, Bayswater, Belmont, Forrestfield, Kalamunda, Mundaring, Swan View and the Swan Valley.
South Eastern Suburbs
Victoria Park, Cannington, Bentley, Canning Vale, Gosnells, Thornlie, Armadale, Kelmscott, Byford and Serpentine–Jarrahdale.
Southern and Coastal Suburbs
South Perth, Applecross, Booragoon, Melville, Fremantle, Beeliar, Cockburn Central, Success, Kwinana, Rockingham and Secret Harbour.
Mandurah and Peel
Mandurah, Halls Head, Falcon, Pinjarra, Waroona, Dwellingup and the wider Peel region.
Regional WA Coverage
Aligned Beginnings is proud to support participants beyond the city. We provide regular scheduled visits across much of regional Western Australia, and we plan longer block visits for more remote communities so support stays consistent, practical and good value.
South West
Bunbury, Australind, Eaton, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Collie, Harvey, Donnybrook, Manjimup and Pemberton.
Great Southern
Albany, Denmark, Mount Barker, Kojonup, Katanning, Cranbrook, Tambellup and Bremer Bay.
Wheatbelt
Northam, Toodyay, York, Beverley, Brookton, Merredin, Narrogin, Corrigin, Gingin, Chittering, Bindoon and Wongan Hills.
Mid West
Geraldton, Dongara, Mullewa, Carnamah, Three Springs, Morawa, Perenjori and Leeman.
Goldfields–Esperance
Kalgoorlie–Boulder, Coolgardie, Kambalda, Esperance, Norseman, Leonora and Laverton.
Pilbara and Kimberley
Karratha, Port Hedland, South Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Broome, Derby, Kununurra and Fitzroy Crossing — by arrangement, through planned block visits.
Travel for regional and remote visits is planned in advance and kept transparent, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We will always talk through any travel costs with you before supports begin — no surprises.
How We Deliver Support Across WA
- Local support workers first. Wherever possible, we match you with a worker who lives in or near your community.
- Planned travel runs. In regional towns we group visits into regular weekly or fortnightly runs, so your support stays reliable and costs stay fair.
- Block visits for remote areas. For Pilbara and Kimberley communities, we schedule dedicated blocks of visits rather than one-off trips, keeping continuity of support.
- Phone and video check-ins. Between visits, we stay in touch by phone, email or video so you always feel supported, no matter the distance.
- Flexible supports. We support NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, as well as private clients, with services tailored to your plan and goals.
